Tell five things you like to do with your family in the fall. Name all the words you can that begin with your speech sound. Name all the words that end with your speech sound from your favorite book. Tell what you think it would have been like to travel on the Mayflower. Measure five things in your house. Which is the shortest? Which is the longest?
What famous person would you like to meet? What would you say to this person? Make up and tell a story above five little pilgrims and a turkey. Make popcorn. Tell all the steps to make popcorn. Describe three fun things you like about living in Germany.. If you could invite any person to Thanksgiving dinner, who would it be? Why?
Tell three things that happen in the fall. Trace around your hand. Then draw a turkey from the tracing. Write on each feather, "I am thankful for..." Tell what an Indian looks like. "Describe" the Indian. Finish this sentence: I am thankful for ____________
because......
Ask mom or dad about your Thanksgiving traditions. What is a tradition?

REMEMBER!!!! Use your good speech sounds when doing your homework!!

Helpful hints for good speech sound production:
/s/-tongue stays behind your teeth. Put your teeth together and make a sound like a snake.
/f/-teeth bite your bottom lip. Don't let go!! Now blow!
/th/-tongue goes between your teeth
/k/ and /g/-the "coughing sound" - put your hand on your neck to remind you where the sound comes from.
  /k/ is the quiet sound and /g/ is the loud sound.

To practice multisyllable words, clap for each syllable.
